B shift- 6pm-4:30am Tuesday-Friday
C shift- Spit shift: Sunday&Monday 6pm-4:30am Friday & Saturday 6am-4:30pm
Our client is looking for motivated, high-energy individuals to join their manufacturing team in a High-Intensity Seating Assembly role. This is a fast-paced position perfect for those who prefer an active work environment and enjoy seeing a tangible product come together.

Responsibilities:
Sequential Assembly: Execute the full assembly of seating units by following technical blueprints or standardized work instructions.
Component Integration: Manually fit, snap, and bolt various materials???including frames, foam, fabric, and hardware???into finished products.
Tool Operation: Proficiently use pneumatic tools (impact wrenches, staplers), hand tools, and specialized tensioning equipment.
High-Speed Output: Maintain a consistent cycle time to meet aggressive production quotas without falling behind the line.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Previous Industrial Experience: Experience in high-volume manufacturing, automotive assembly, or furniture production is highly preferred.
Physical Conditioning: A history of working in physically demanding roles (e.g., construction, warehouse picking, landscaping, or professional moving) where "grip fatigue" is common.
Precision Under Pressure: The ability to maintain high quality and accuracy

Qualifications:
Manual Strength & Dexterity: Must have the grip strength and hand-eye coordination necessary to manipulate components and operate tools continuously for 8???10 hour shifts.
Physical Endurance: Ability to stand, lean, and reach for the duration of a shift
Tool Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to safely operate basic power tools and manual hand tools.
