The Kitting Associate supports global kit production, distribution, and order fulfillment. This role ensures supplies are processed accurately and on time while maintaining strong support for internal teams and external kit vendors.
Responsibilities:
Assemble, label, and pack laboratory kits following study specifications.

Perform quality control checks on assembled kits.
Handle order fulfillment, shipping, and loading/unloading activities.
Help resolve kit vendor quality issues (e.g., incorrect documents, building errors, delayed releases, late orders).
Communicate updates across the GSS department.
Attend weekly vendor operational meetings as needed.
Assist with cross-functional tasks within GSS and Sample Management.
Maintain strict confidentiality of client protocols and study data.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (vocational/academic qualifications accepted).
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Basic computer skills and accurate data entry.
Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
