-Determine the next cart to be packaged and properly position it for banding.-Ensure carts are positioned safely to prevent falling materials; maintain clear walkways to reduce trip hazards.-Safely wrap finished skids with plastic wrap and staple wrap in place as needed.-Apply banding around the material and skid, ensuring the material is secure and stable for transport.-Operate banding tools and equipment following all safety procedures; store tools properly after each use.-Apply finished goods tags and other required labels accurately and securely.-Safely move completed skids or carts to designated staging or shipping areas.-Repair or rebuild skids as necessary to meet operator or shipping specifications.-Use hand tools, staplers, hammers, and banding tools safely and correctly.-Identify and report damaged parts, faulty materials, or unsafe conditions to supervision immediately.-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; keep pathways clear of banding straps, plastic wrap, and debris.-Follow all required PPE and safety protocols.-Work collaboratively with other production areas to meet daily shipping and quality goals.-Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or lead.

-High school diploma or equivilant-Previous packing/shipping experience-Frequently lifts heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) -Job may require physical exertion such as long periods of standing. -Job may require above average agility and dexterity.
