We are currently expanding our team to include Assembly Operators, Material Handlers, and experienced Press Operators. We have multiple shifts available, including 10-hour shifts that give you more time for what matters most outside of work.
Assembly & Machine Operators
Pay: $15.75 - $20.00/hr
Responsibilities: Expertly assembling parts using hand/power tools, inspecting work for quality, and maintaining an organized workspace.
Material Handlers
Pay: Starting at $17.00/hr (+ $1.50 shift differential for 3rd shift)
Requirements: * 2-3 years of experience preferred.
Must have experience feeding lines (preferred over general truck loading or racking).
Openings: * 1st Shift: (3 openings) 5:55 AM - 4:00 PM (M-Th) | OT Fri-Sun
3rd Shift: (1 opening) 7:55 PM - 6:00 AM (Su-Wed) | OT Thu-Sat
Press Operators
Pay: $17.00 - $19.10+ per hour (Depending on Experience)
Requirements: * 2-3 years of metal stamping press operations (large multi-ton press experience preferred).
Note: Previous press operation experience is required for temp-to-hire consideration.
Mechanically inclined and Forklift experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
For Material Handlers: 2???3 years of experience is preferred. Candidates must have specific experience feeding production lines.
For Press Operators: 2???3 years of metal stamping press experience is required for temp-to-hire consideration. Experience with large multi-ton presses and forklifts is highly preferred.
General: * Must be mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
Physical ability to stand for 8???10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to work overtime (Friday???Sunday for 10-hour shifts; Weekends for 8-hour shifts).

Skills:
We are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running. You will stand out if you have:
Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to troubleshoot and understand machine functions.
Industrial Equipment: Forklift experience/certification is a major plus.
Precision: Experience using measuring tools and reading basic blueprints or work orders.
Reliability: A strong history of good attendance and a willingness to work required overtime.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Strong mechanical aptitude (for Press Operators).
