Shifts and Pay:
NIGHTS - 7:30pm to 6am M-Th $18.40/Hr
Responsibilities:
* Manufacture, assemble, and inspect products according to detailed instructions.
* Operate machinery and use various hand tools.
* Maintain accurate documentation to ensure product quality.
* Work as part of a collaborative team to meet production goals.
* Participate in our continuous improvement and Lean activities.
Working hours: 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM
Skills:
* Experience: Two years of production experience is preferred, but not required. We will train the right person.
* Problem-Solving: Great problem-solving abilities are a plus.
* Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills are a bonus

High School

1-4 years
Qualifications:
* Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* Attention to Detail: You must have ability to follow complex procedures and ensure a high level of accuracy.
* Teamwork: A solid track record of working effectively in a team is essential.
* Physical: You must be able to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds.
* The ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated cleanroom environment.
* English Proficiency
* Cleanroom Compliance: Strict adherence to cleanroom gowning protocols is mandatory. This includes wearing gloves, hair/beard nets, face covers, and safety glasses. No personal piercings, jewelry, makeup, perfume, or painted/fake nails are permitted in the cleanroom environment.
