Operate necessary equipment to perform a variety of required operations.Perform inspection of parts. Record and interpret data for process control charts as required.Observe established safe working and housekeeping procedures. Promptly correct and/or notify Manager of hazardous situations.Participate in and take proactive roles in ISO, AS9100, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies for problem prevention, corrective action, identification and solution verification.Other Responsibilities Assume other projects and responsibilities as directed.Regular and predictable attendance is presumed to be an essential function of all employment.Reports to Production Supervisor. Has contact with internal and external customers and co-workers.Operates a variety of equipment to assemble products. Produces products to conform to engineering drawings, assembly documentation, and quality required.

Proficiency in software as required; ability to perform math calculations, measurement, analysis or reporting as directed. Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately orally, in writing or electronically. Quality: You will be part of a QMS (Quality Management System) that continually aims to reduce/eliminate non-conformances while striving to meet/exceed customer expectations in the most cost effective and efficient manner.Manufacturing: Continually monitor manufacturing methods, processes and procedures to ensure departmental goals are met while maintaining or improving cost competitiveness, which includes identifying, recommending, and implementing necessary improvements.Business Skills: Demonstrates a solid understanding of the business issues related to the position; A grasp of marketing, finance, and sales will be important as this position will help shape decisions in these areas.
