•  Prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and part lists; gather parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials
•  Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements
•  Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts, and subassembly.
•  Verify specifications by measuring completed component
•  Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications, notifying the supervisor to obtain additional resources
•  Keep equipment operational by completing preventative maintenance requirements; following manufacturer???s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs
•  Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
•  Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
•  Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
•  Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:
--Ability to use standard and electrical hand tools.
--Ability to read and understand diagrams, blueprints, and schematics
--Ability to install components, units, or subassemblies using power tools and related assembly equipment
--Ability to properly lift/carry/push/pull/manipulate/transport up to 30-50 lbs.
--Ability to work with minimal supervision in a teamwork environment
--Mechanical assembly experience a plus!

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
 Minimum of 1-year prior experience in an Assembler/Production role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
