Responsibilities:
- Weigh or measure materials according to formulation sheets and recipes.

- Use electric equipment as needed like mixers, pumps, and tanks to blend materials.
- Ensure even flow of materials and proper blending during the mixing process.
- Update process documentation as work processes are completed.
- Collect and test samples to ensure quality control of products.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
- Communicate effectively with managers and leads.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
- Clear communication skills
- Need to be able to work independently and as a part of a team
- Willingness to work overtime as needed during peak season
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience with blending or batch making
- Must have great math skills including the fast calculation of fractions and measurements.
- Need to be able to follow instructions and procedures.
