-Cell & Module Stacking: Assembling individual lithium-ion battery cells into modules and combining modules into full battery packs according to technical engineering schematics.-Electrical Integration: Connecting high-voltage wiring harnesses, busbars, connectors, and integrating Battery Management System (BMS) boards. -Mechanical Housing: Fitting thermal insulation, cooling plates, structural enclosures, and protective covers to ensure mechanical stability and proper heat management.--Electrical Testing: Performing end-of-line (EOL) electrical measurements, such as open-circuit voltage (OCV), insulation resistance, and continuity checks.-Leak & Seal Testing: Conducting pressure and leak tests on thermal management cooling loops and pack enclosures to ensure environmental sealing.-Quality Inspections: Using measurement tools to inspect critical dimensions, torques, and physical tolerances, ensuring everything complies with automotive quality standards.-High-Voltage (HV) Protocols: Following strict safety procedures for working with energized systems (PPE, de-energization checks, lock-out/tag-out)-Automated & Manual Machinery: Operating specialized equipment such as laser welders, wire bonders, automated screw-driving stations, and dispensing robots for thermal interface materials (TIM).-Hand & Power Tools: Utilizing torque wrenches, calibrated hand tools, and specialized insulated hand tools rated for high-voltage environments.
