Training takes place on a 1st shift, with a long-term need on 2nd shift (3:30pm-12am). This position is designed as a career-track role. You will begin as a trainee, working alongside an expert operator to learn the ropes. Upon successful completion of a probationary period, you will have the opportunity to transition into the permanent role and take charge of the department's afternoon operations.
Responsibilities:

- Hands-on operation of inserters, tabbers, and inkjet machines, including reloading materials and clearing minor jams.
- Utilizing computer systems to set up mail files and log completed work.
- Ensuring every piece of mail meets high standards of accuracy before it heads out the door.
- Managing the newest high-tech inserter equipment to keep production on schedule.
Skills:
- Ability to remain on feet for extended periods with bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting up to 40Lbs.
Qualifications:
- You are comfortable using computers and possess an interest in learning specialized software.
- You enjoy troubleshooting equipment and working with your hands to keep machines running smoothly.
- You are available to train on the 1st shift for several weeks before transitioning to your permanent 2nd shift schedule.
- You take pride in accuracy and enjoy seeing a project through from start to finish.
