Spherion Ogden is looking for amazing Warehouse Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking master cases for orders, labeling pallets, recording pulled items, and transporting completed orders to the shipping dock or staging area. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Pay: $17.00 per hour, paid weekly
Responsibilities:
- Work from requisitions, order lists, or stock lists to pull master cases and verify items against documentation.
- Place and label pulled items in totes, boxes, pallets, or carts.
- Accumulate orders, record pulled items, report shortages, and transport completed orders to distribution points, staging areas, or shipping docks.
- Return stock to proper bin locations and maintain organized storage areas.
- Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Operate power jacks, manual carts, and pallet jacks.
- Utilize RF devices, prepare labels, and operate Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) equipment.
- Fill material requisitions promptly and accurately while detecting and reporting any defective materials.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
-Physical,- standing, walking, pushing, lifting boxes and totes. Pick to totes on a rolling cart and must be able to maneuver a rolling cart that can weigh up to 75 lbs. once filled with orders.
- Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to use hand scanners, tablets, and computers for manifesting.
- A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and great attendance.
- While Order Picker experience is preferred, we are willing to train candidates who have general picking experience and are comfortable with heights.
