Responsibilities:
As a Traffic Assistant, you will enjoy a supportive, team-focused environment with steady Monday through Friday hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm) and competitive pay of $18 to $20/hour. -Prepare and reconcile daily broadcast logs across radio and television properties.
-Maintain commercial media libraries and accurately enter copy instructions.
-Input and organize programming formats to ensure seamless broadcast execution.
-Collaborate closely with team members and internal departments to meet daily broadcast deadlines.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Prior experience with WideOrbit Traffic software or similar broadcast scheduling systems
-Familiarity with radio or television broadcast workflows and station traffic procedures
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
-Clear verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
-Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet firm daily deadlines, and work independently as well as collaboratively
-Comfort working primarily at a computer station in a professional office environment, with the ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
