Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement & Culture: Act as the go-to champion for Spherion employees on-site, building trusted relationships and fostering a positive, productive work environment.
HR & Payroll Assistance: Handle general HR inquiries, assist with timecard tracking, resolve first-level payroll questions, and guide employees through Spherion policies.
Retention & Feedback: Conduct regular satisfaction surveys, check-ins, and pulse-checks to ensure high retention, high morale, and to address workforce needs proactively.
Client Collaboration: Maintain open, professional communication with the client?s shift supervisors to ensure our staffing solutions align perfectly with their daily operational goals.
Onboarding & Support: Meet and greet new hires on their first day, ensuring a smooth transition, proper safety orientation, and a warm Spherion welcome.
Working hours: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Experience: 1?3 years of experience in staffing, HR, customer service, or retail/hospitality management.
People Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills?you are empathetic, a great listener, and a natural problem-solver.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word) and the ability to learn internal HRIS and payroll software quickly.
