We're looking for a Business Development Manager for our Fort Wayne, IN market. This BDM will oversee the following counties and drive new business: Allen, Adams, Huntington, & Wells.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 base salary, with room for growth.
Commission: Uncapped commission structure.
Insurance: Medical, dental, vision, and life.

Responsibilities:
Embody the company???s Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
Research new companies, source contacts, and execute new business development calls and meetings.
Expand the client base by developing and providing solution-based options.
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and prospect plans to drive growth, documenting all activity in the CRM.
Facilitate RFPs, agreements, and client business reviews.
Price and negotiate business in alignment with market strategy.
Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure desired business results.
Actively participate in assigned territory networking functions.
Identify and qualify business leads.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred but not required.
Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of verifiable sales experience, preferably in B2B selling.
Skills:
Use of HubSpot
Proven success in a very fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong PC skills and the ability to leverage technology tools.
Ability to understand and apply basic business and financial concepts.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
