CNC Programming & Setup: Set up and program CNC machines. Send and retrieve programs from the main computer. Perform set-up with tools provided.Tooling/Fixtures: Fabricate required tooling and fixtures.Quality & Inspection: Perform First Article Inspection (including molds and segment inspection). Perform complete inspection of parts. Properly complete dimensional inspection reports.Operation & Productivity: Properly operate CNC machines to ensure productivity standards are met. Read and interpret blueprints.Data & Documentation: Enter and collect Statistical Process Control (SPC) data into the computer. Print and close out jobs. Properly document labor report, job travelers, and other daily reports in a timely manner. Complete daily paperwork. Perform file maintenance.Maintenance & Standards: Clean work areas. Adhere to 5S Standards.Compliance: Follow both verbal and written instructions. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, policies for attendance and punctuality and standards for safety.Teamwork: Crosstrain in other areas as needed.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.Experience: Minimum 5 years of CNC experience.Programming Skills: Must be capable of programming using Master Cam Mill / Okuma Lathe.Machine Familiarity: Must be familiar with Okuma lathes, HAAS milling machines, and Daewoo/Fanuc Control.Technical Skills: Able to read and understand blueprints. Knowledge of basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, comparators) and math required.Autonomy: Must be capable of performing duties and responsibilities with minimum supervision.Computer Skills: Must possess basic computer skills.Language: Must be fluent in English (able to read, speak, write, and understand).ITAR Requirement: Must be a US Person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident). This position is expected to be exposed to information which is subject to US export control regulations (ITAR/EAR).
