Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor high-speed envelope manufacturing machinery
Assist with equipment changeovers and mechanical adjustments
Use precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, measuring tapes, and hand tools
Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Assist with preventive maintenance to help reduce equipment downtime
Inspect products during production to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
Identify and report equipment or product issues
Work with machine operators, assembly employees, and warehouse personnel to support smooth production
Complete safety, quality, and production records accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, printing, packaging, automotive, warehouse, or maintenance
Experience operating production machinery
Experience with equipment setup or changeovers
Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, or other precision measurement tools
Experience performing visual inspections or basic quality checks
Experience with preventive maintenance or mechanical troubleshooting
Experience working with hand tools and mechanical equipment
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Mechanical aptitude and interest in working with machinery
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to perform basic measurements using measuring tapes and similar tools
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Willingness to learn machine operation, setup, and maintenance procedures
