1-4 years
1-2 years of previous medical device assembly or ISO-certified assembly experience.Familiarity with Good Documentation Practice (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Lean Manufacturing.Experience operating standard manufacturing and measurement equipment (microscopes, test equipment, EFDs, ultrasonic welders, soldering irons, dial calipers, etc.).Basic proficiency in MS Windows and site-specific PC programs.
Experience or Education: A high school diploma or equivalent, OR 2-3 years of previous medical device or ISO-certified assembly experience in lieu of a diploma.Dexterity and Precision: Proven fine motor skills and a high degree of dexterity and eye coordination to work with and assemble small parts and subassemblies using both hands.Focus & Stamina: The ability to perform repetitive work according to set procedures, sequence, and pace.Cleanroom Ready: The capacity to work comfortably in a cleanroom environment and strictly adhere to all associated practices and procedures.Foundational Skills: Ability to understand verbal and written work instructions and basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
