As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for prospecting, soliciting, and selling our wide range of insurance and financial products. This role involves heavy outreach, client follow-up, and providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
Develop leads, schedule appointments, and actively market our products.
Conduct needs-based conversations to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service to all clients, both in person and over the phone.
Communicate fluently with both English and Spanish-speaking clients to explain policy details and options.
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
Maintain a strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 1?2 years of proven sales experience is required.
Bilingual: Must be fully bilingual and fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
Licensing: Must be willing and able to obtain a California Property & Casualty license. (We can provide support for the right candidate).
Preferred: Prior experience in insurance sales (auto, home, life) is a strong plus.
Location: Candidates should ideally be located within a 30?35 minute commute of our office in Orange, CA.
