Responsibilities:
Batch and post invoices and assist with billing preparation and collections support.
Take incoming calls, book jobs, and provide high-quality customer service.
Schedule, dispatch, and close out service jobs within Service Titan.
Process change orders, purchase orders, and construction invoicing.
Support day-to-day operations of the plumbing service department.
Assist with payroll and time sheet coordination for field employees as needed.
Handle warranty processing, callbacks, and customer follow-up.
Track open estimates, unsold jobs, and pending service work.
Maintain a safe workplace as a pillar of support for the company's Safety Mission and Values.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Experience using Service Titan software.
Previous administrative background specifically within the plumbing, HVAC, or construction industries.
Vocational or on-the-job training related to home services.
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent long-term work-related experience.
2+ years of administrative experience in a professional office setting.
Strong proficiency in billing, invoicing, and scheduling workflows.
Exceptional communication skills with a focus on high-level customer service.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with minimal oversight.
