Spherion Staffing is hiring an Order Selector for a warehouse in Springfield, IL. In this physical role, you will build and move beverage orders accurately using a voice headset and electronic pallet jack.

- Pick orders accurately using a voice audio headset to match product numbers and descriptions.

- Lift, stack, and shrink-wrap beverage cases (up to 50 lbs) onto pallets using set stacking patterns.
- Transport finished pallets to the loading dock using an electronic pallet jack or walkie-rider.
- Report damaged products, order mistakes, or equipment issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all safety policies.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
- Experience operating electronic pallet jacks or walkie-rider equipment.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, order picking, or voice-select environment.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Able to repetitively lift and stack cases up to 50 lbs from floor to overhead throughout the shift.
- Able to listen to and follow spoken directions through an audio headset.
- Able to accurately match product numbers and store labels.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety standards.
