Responsibilities:
Assist lead carpenters with measuring, cutting, and assembling woodworking structures.
Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently (saws, drills, sanders).
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Inspect woodworking products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
Load and unload materials for ongoing projects.
Follow detailed instructions from senior staff to support production schedules.
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in a warehouse, construction, or woodworking environment.
Familiarity with safety procedures and equipment operation.
Willingness to learn and grow into a skilled lead role.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic.
Basic understanding of blueprint reading and tape measure proficiency.
Teamwork skills and a "can-do" attitude.
