The Coffee Production Worker is responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery to maximize production and maintain high standards in safety and quality. - Overtime available: $27.75/hr
WORK LOCATION:

SHIFT SCHEDULE:
- 5:00 AM - 5:15 PM (Day Shift)
- Rotating Schedule Every 2 Weeks:
Example:
1. Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
2. Week 2 - Wednesday Thursday
Responsibilities:
- Learn to safely operate, monitor, and maintain high-speed production equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
- Adhere to all safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards, and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) to maintain a clean, healthy workspace.
- Perform regular checks on products, packaging, and Quality Data Systems (QDS) to guarantee items meet brand standards.
- Execute equipment changeovers, cleans, line clearances, and pre-checks following standard work procedures; support maintenance teams during calls to troubleshoot and learn equipment mechanics.
- Complete accurate verification and documentation across digital and paper systems (including PeopleSoft, SAP, MES, Trackwise, and COLOS labeling software) for timely release and tracking toward daily goals.
- Collaborate with team members to identify line issues, initiate Root Cause Corrective Action activities, and share ideas for process improvements.
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 5:15 PM
Skills:
- Ability to quickly learn about how processing and packaging equipment works
- Mechanical understanding or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Self-motivated team player with ability to make decisions, communicate and problem solve.
- Comfort with basic computer functions and ability to quickly learn production software.
- Basic mathematical skills to make production calculations.

Qualifications:
- Comfortably lift 35 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Ability to stay active and on your feet (standing, bending, and stretching) for your full shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive movements, including kneeling, squatting, twisting, reaching overhead, and climbing stairs or ladders.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting with varying temperatures and humidity levels.
