Hours: 1st Shift | Flexible options: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM.
Job Type: Full-time, Modular Manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
You must be a high-stamina professional who combines technical skill with a commitment to structural integrity. We are looking for individuals who are proficient with a wide range of hand and power tools, including pneumatic nail guns, miter saws, and airless sprayers, and who possess the blueprint literacy necessary to build complex structures to exact specifications. Whether you are framing walls, welding steel chassis, or installing fine interior trim, your work must be characterized by precision, ensuring every component is square, plumb, and solid. Beyond technical ability, the most critical skills you can bring are a mindset for quality control and a work ethic that thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment where reliability and safety are the top priorities.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Speed & Stamina: Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced construction setting.
Technical Skills: Experience with hand/power tools and the ability to read blueprints is a major plus.
Attention to Detail: "Good enough" isn't in our vocabulary-we build to print and ensure everything is square and solid.
Reliability: Our line depends on every team member showing up and working together.

Tool Fluency: Proficiency with a wide range of hand and power tools (drills, saws, impact drivers, etc.).
Blueprint Literacy: Ability to follow technical drawings without constant supervision.
Physicality: This is a high-stamina role requiring bending, lifting, and standing for the duration of the shift.
Reliability: A "team-first" attitude with a track record of consistent attendance.
