Responsibilities:
In this role, you will lead the preparation and submission of formal government bids, maintain complex pricing models, and ensure full compliance with regulatory frameworks. You???ll serve as a key collaborator across sales, customer service, and vendor teams to keep operations running smoothly. From managing cradle-to-grave procurement to staying on top of export control rules, you will play a vital role in driving our operations forward.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Experience with state and federal contract bidding portals.
-Familiarity with cost accounting principles.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills across cross-functional teams.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-Bilingual Fluency Required: Must be fully fluent in both English and Spanish to ensure effective communication with our diverse industrial workforce, customers, and vendors.
-Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and price list management.
-Direct experience preparing, drafting, and managing formal government bids and proposals.
-Deep working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and state procurement codes.
-Understanding of Export Control Regulations.
