We are currently hiring a Converting Quality Technician to support quality control operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, quality-driven, and looking for a long-term opportunity with growth.

Responsibilities:
Perform quality inspections, checks, and tests throughout the manufacturing process
Inspect raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Conduct visual inspections, audits, and routine quality tests
Record inspection data and report findings to the Quality Manager
Use measurement tools such as rulers, scales, and micrometers
Assist with identifying process improvements and quality concerns
Help coach and support production team members on quality-related issues
Maintain quality logs, charts, and documentation
Support calibration tracking and quality database accuracy
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent
6 months to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read measuring tools (ruler, scale, micrometer)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Prior quality, inspection, or auditing experience
Comfortable using computers and basic software programs
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures
Overtime may be required based on business needs
