Responsibilities:
Cut netting materials according to specifications
Sew and assemble netting products using basic sewing techniques
Weave and handle various volumes of netting materials
Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and production standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Meet daily productivity and quality goals
Working hours: 6:30 AM - 3:00 AM
Skills:
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments
Basic sewing, stitching, or crafting experience
Familiarity with cutting tools, measuring devices, or light machinery
Experience working with textiles, netting, or similar materials
Ability to meet production quotas in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience with quality inspection or quality assurance processes

High School

Ability to follow detailed instructions and production guidelines
Attention to detail and quality control
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency
Basic math skills (measuring, counting, cutting to size)
