Responsibilities:
Clean and polish glass jars to remove wax residue, fingerprints, and dust, ensuring each unit meets "shelf-ready" aesthetic standards.
Efficiently remove finished candles from the conveyor system once they have completed the cooling and production cycle.
Inspect every unit for defects such as off-center wicks, air bubbles, cracked wax, or damaged glass.
Immediately flag and sort "seconds" or rejected items to prevent faulty products from reaching the customer.
Securely place finished jars into dividers and shipping boxes, ensuring they are packed safely for warehouse transport.
Maintain a steady pace to prevent backups on the line while keeping the workstation clean and organized.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:15 PM
Skills:
The ability to spot small defects like tiny glass cracks, slightly tilted wicks, or faint fingerprints that others might miss.
Strong hand-eye coordination for handling glass jars quickly and safely without dropping them or smearing the wax.
The capability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions (wiping, lifting, and packing) at a steady pace.
Ability to work efficiently to keep up with the speed of the conveyor belt and meet daily production quotas.
A solid understanding of warehouse safety protocols, especially when working around moving machinery and fragile materials.
A strong work ethic and the ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks to ensure consistent quality throughout the entire shift.

Qualifications:
Must be able to handle, clean, and pack fragile glass items quickly and precisely without causing damage.
: Ability to stand, reach, and bend for the duration of an 8- to 12-hour shift in a manufacturing environment.
: Sharp vision to identify minor product defects, such as glass fractures, wax discoloration, or wick displacement.
Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions (wiping, polishing, and gripping) consistently over long periods.
Capacity to lift and carry boxes or trays of finished candles (typically up to 25-30 lbs) as they are moved to pallets.
Must be able to work at the speed of a moving conveyor line without falling behind or causing a bottleneck.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and clearly report production issues to a supervisor.
