In this role, you will rotate between managing our central phone lines and welcoming visitors at the front desk. You won't just be answering phones; you'll be using your departmental knowledge to guide patients and ensure they receive the attention they deserve. Responsibilities:
-Manage high-volume patient contact through both central phone lines and in-person front desk reception
-Exercise independent judgment to provide accurate agency and departmental information
-Maintain and update patient information within the agency???s electronic health records system
-Coordinate daily tasks based on staffing patterns to ensure seamless office operations
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
-Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical administrative setting
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Minimum of one year of office/clerical experience with frequent customer contact (or an Associate???s Degree with 6 months of work experience)
-Fluent in both English and Spanish (Bilingual Required)
-Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
-Ability to attain and maintain competency with electronic health record systems
