Responsibilities:
- Inbound Support: Answer incoming calls professionally, utilizing strong customer service skills to achieve one-call resolutions
- Order Processing: Gather and enter order information, update customer records, and provide accurate cost estimates and delivery times
- Product Expertise: Demonstrate thorough knowledge of product lines, locate part numbers, and perform basic troubleshooting to determine next-level support
- Compliance: Collect and code information regarding problems and complaints, ensuring proper documentation in compliance with FDA guidelines
- Coordination: Serve as a liaison between clinicians and the company to expedite orders and resolve issues
Working hours: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
- Previous experience in medical billing or working specifically within the orthotics, prosthetics, or Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- A "grit" mindset, showing resilience and a strong work ethic when managing high call volumes or complex technical troubleshooting

Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE ** System Management Skills: Proficiently to navigate SAP software (Sales, Distribution, and Manufacturing) and complete all required data entry accurately **
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required
- The employee may be required to sit for long periods
- Occasionally required to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 10 pounds
- Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on professional telephone etiquette
