We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Center Associate to join our team in Fort Wayne. In this role, you will be responsible for handling logistics, inventory management, and technical assembly within a fast-paced data center environment. Your daily responsibilities will bridge warehouse logistics and IT infrastructure support, ranging from managing material orders and processing returns to assembling servers, installing cabling, and placing equipment with strict precision. Responsibilities:
Equipment Assembly & Installation: Populate electronic components, install hardware, and run intricate cabling into server racks using provided diagrams and schematics.
Precision Placement: Utilize laser measuring devices to position server racks on the data center floor with 100% accuracy.
Inventory Control: Execute daily inventory cycle counts and coordinate replenishment orders for critical on-site spare parts; process returned electronic components utilizing multiple Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Freight & Material Handling: Safely load and unload inbound and outbound freight from vehicles and containers. Operate material handling equipment, such as straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks.
Quality Assurance: Perform strict quality checks on all inbound and outbound shipments to verify part numbers, check quantities, and ensure all material is in pristine condition.
Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area adhering strictly to safety guidelines and 5S standards.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Qualifications:
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a related warehouse, logistics, or electronic assembly environment.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of electrical safety protocols and electrostatic discharge (ESD) hazards when working with live electronic equipment.
Equipment Proficiency: Experience using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and precise measuring instruments.
Computer Literacy: Basic to intermediate proficiency with computers and the ability to comfortably learn internal warehouse management software.
Physical Capabilities: Ability to push, pull, lift, and remain physically active throughout the duration of the shift. Must be capable of performing all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Screening: Ability to successfully pass all required federal, state, local, or company background checks and drug screenings.
