Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay rate: $19.00 per hour, paid weekly through Spherion
Work Schedule and Locations:
- Kent, WA.
- 5 days a week, 9 hours a day including 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high-frequency output of 10,000 keystrokes per hour (KPH).
- Ensure 100% data accuracy through a rigorous "double key" verification process.
- Efficiently pull individual medical files from storage boxes and identify specific data fields for entry.
- Manage physical workflow by transporting document cartons (30???50 lbs) from pallets to your workstation approximately every 5???7 minutes.
- Organize and restack boxes on pallets, reaching heights between 13??? and 45???.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Previous experience in high-volume data entry or document management.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Ability to thrive in a production-based environment where performance is measured by keystrokes.
- Excellent time management skills to balance data entry with physical document handling.

Qualifications:
- Speed & Accuracy: Proven ability to hit 10,000 KPH with near-perfect accuracy.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift, carry, and lower cartons weighing 30???50 lbs for distances up to 20 feet frequently throughout the shift.
- Safety Compliance: Must provide and wear protective, slip-resistant safety-toe footwear meeting ASTM F2413-11 standards.
- Professionalism: Attire must be presentable and appropriate for a professional warehouse/office environment.
