Job Description:

Spherion is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Digital Operations Representative to join our team in Williamsport. In this role, you will be the bridge between our customers and our digital banking suite. You will balance high-quality phone support with essential "backroom" operational tasks, ensuring our digital services—from internet banking applications to transaction research—run smoothly and securely.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Support Excellence: Act as the first point of contact for incoming callers, identifying needs, resolving transaction inquiries, and providing technical guidance on internet banking applications.
• Digital & Backroom Support: Perform user maintenance for online banking services and provide critical backup support to the Deposit Operations staff.
• Records Management: Maintain accurate activity logs, customer files, and the cold storage check image library.
• Collaborative Operations: Coordinate with various departments to ensure a seamless flow of information and provide technical guidance to fellow employees when needed.
• Compliance & Safety: Uphold the bank’s high standards for risk management, following all laws and internal policies to ensure a safe and professional work environment.

Education: High School

• High School Diploma

Experience: 12 months

• Banking 

Skills:

• Moderate computer skills
