The Mission: Precision Production
Forget boring spreadsheets—this is about digital layout and physical production. You’ll be the "engine" behind our engraving machines, ensuring every file is perfectly prepped for the laser.

Vector Layout: Use Adobe Illustrator (CS2) to manage layouts, text positioning, and object alignment.
Threaded Text Mastery: Manage area type and flow data across multiple items with zero errors.
The "Anchor Point" Eye: Utilize your knowledge of paths and anchor points to ensure production-ready files.
High-Volume Flow: Use your keyboard shortcut mastery to maintain speed and accuracy.
Who We’re Looking For:
We need people who are "Illustrator Savvy"—you don't need a 10-year portfolio, but you must know the software inside and out.
The Assessment: To prove your skills, you’ll take an Illustrator assessment. We’re looking for a 100% score (don't sweat it—we provide a "Shortcuts & Tools" study guide to help you refresh!).
Detail Obsessed: You notice "overset text" icons and weird line breaks from a mile away.
Peak Season Pro: You are ready to grind during our busy season (late April – late May) and can commit to a Mandatory Weekend Schedule during this window.
