From high-speed scanning and data entry to researching account information and performing minor equipment maintenance, you will play a critical role in ensuring our daily workflows remain accurate and efficient. Responsibilities:
Document Handling: Open, sort, batch, and scan incoming mail and correspondence using professional imaging and letter-opening equipment.
Data Management: Key information into various databases from both digital images and paper copies with high speed and accuracy.
Financial Processing: Open, sort, validate, and post incoming deposits directly to account holder accounts.
Research: Conduct lookups across multiple computer systems to locate requested documents and fulfill internal requests.
Quality Control: Maintain production output and quality standards while preparing necessary documentation for quality control audits.
Maintenance & Collaboration: Perform minor equipment adjustments and collaborate with technicians and supervisors to ensure a productive work environment.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Skills:
Flexibility: Ability to thrive in a "flex time" environment where schedules are adjusted based on workload.
Problem Solving: Proven ability to conduct independent research to resolve document or account discrepancies.
Prior Experience: Experience in remittance processing, mailroom operations, or high-volume data entry.

Technical Proficiency: Ability to operate scanning/imaging hardware and navigate multiple database systems simultaneously.

Manual Dexterity: Ability to handle high volumes of physical mail and perform basic maintenance on office machinery.
