Schedule:
Monday - Thursday 6:30 AM - 4 PM + Friday 6:30 AM - 10:30 AM
Responsibilities:
- Building: Assemble wiring harnesses, control panels, and electrical cables using diagrams and work orders.
- Precision: Use soldering irons to join tiny components and wires to circuit boards.
- Testing: Use continuity testers to ensure every product is built to perfection.
- Tooling: Operate air/electric tools, stripping equipment, and manual hand tools.
Qualifications:
- The Basics: Ability to read a ruler, follow simple instructions, and identify colors (for wiring).
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 45 lbs occasionally.
- Reliability: A solid work ethic and a desire to grow with a great team.
Skills:
Experience with soldering or small-part assembly is a huge plus!
