Responsibilities:
Inspect and ensure electronic systems, assemblies, and components meet quality standards
Perform process audits and provide feedback to improve manufacturing quality
Monitor and report quality metrics to keep operations running smoothly
Work hands-on with tools like gauges, templates, and microscopes
Collaborate with teams to resolve quality issues and maintain compliance
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with ISO, ESD, and calibration is a plus!
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in quality inspection, auditing, or manufacturing
Experience with electronic assembly (components, schematics, mechanical, and surface mount assembly)
Inspection skills using microscopes, measuring tools, and handling components, cables, and harnesses
Must be able to lift 40 pounds
Basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Comfortable with basic math
Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.
Problem-solving skills
High school diploma or equivalent.
