Spherion CT is seeking motivated Electronics Assembler Trainees to support high-precision electronic assembly. This role is ideal for candidates with some electronics experience or hands-on technical skills, including the ability to work under magnification. All training and certifications, including J-STD Soldering Certification, will be provided.

Responsibilities:
Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and products according to work instructions and schematics.
Perform soldering and wiring tasks with precision, using microscopes or magnification tools as needed.
Inspect assemblies for quality and accuracy.
Test finished assemblies with basic test equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow safety procedures and comply with quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 AM
Skills:
Machine shop skills welcome.
Knowledge of circuit boards is welcome.
Software skills welcome
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Materials (Material Science)
2+ years hands-on experience in hardware development.
Solid foundation in mechanical mathematics and computer modeling.
Ability to create technical design documentation
Ability to communicate effectively, relay tasks, and set agendas.
Attention to detail for all facets of work.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the desire to learn new skills.
Knowledge of materials and metals.
