As an Equipment Operator you will play a vital role in our production process by safely operating automated assembly machines to create high-quality medical devices.

You will be responsible for the daily operation of simple assembly machines, including starting equipment from a power-off state, interpreting machine faults, and performing basic troubleshooting to keep production running smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks involve setting up electronic work orders, monitoring gauges and dials, and performing diligent quality inspections or testing on finished products. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and organized workspace, package and label products accurately, and ensure all production documentation is completed in accordance with company and safety standards.
Working hours: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Prior experience in a manufacturing or clean-room environment.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Ability to read, understand, and follow technical procedures and safety standards.
Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory management.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 20 lbs.
High School Diploma, GED, or successful completion of an Employment Assessment.
