Responsibilities:
-Prep with Precision: Execute high-volume food preparation according to specific recipe standards to ensure a consistent and high-quality foundation for every event.
-Plating Excellence: Expertly plate dishes with attention to detail and portion control, ensuring every plate meets the aesthetic and quality standards of the Florence Center.
-Service Readiness: Monitor production timelines to ensure all food items are prepped, cooked, and ready for service exactly when the event schedule demands.
-Culinary Collaboration: Maintain constant, clear communication to manage food flow
-Kitchen Standards: Uphold rigorous food safety and sanitation protocols, maintaining a clean and organized workstation to ensure the highest health and safety standards.
Working hours: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Skills:
-Production Excellence: Proven ability to maintain high-quality food standards and consistent plating aesthetics in a high-volume, fast-paced banquet environment.
-Operational Communication: Ability to follow detailed prep lists and relay critical timing updates and plating to ensure seamless service flow.
-Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for 6-8 hour shifts and capable of lifting heavy stock pots, sheet pans, and kitchen equipment required for large-scale event production.
-Event Reliability: A steadfast track record of punctuality and the ability to perform under the pressure of strict "hard-start" times for high-stakes, one-day events.

Experience:
1-4 years

- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Professionalism: Ability to take initiative and perform tasks effectively without constant supervision (self-motivated).
