What You'll Do:

- Maintain the "engine room" of the event by washing dishes, glassware, and utensils.
- Support the kitchen staff by ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Play a vital role in making sure the Florence Center event runs smoothly.
Perks and Benefits:
- ONE DAY ONLY: Friday, January 3rd.
- SHIFT OPTIONS: Morning (8 AM - 2 PM) or Evening (5 PM - Midnight).
- PAY: $14/hr, payout the following Thursday.
Responsibilities:
- Sanitization Excellence: Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen tools using industrial dishwashing equipment.
- Operational Support: Keep the service line moving by ensuring clean plates and equipment are returned to the proper stations immediately.
- Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment by clearing trash, sweeping floors, and managing spills.
- Organization: Sort and stack cleaned items properly to prevent breakage and ensure easy access for the culinary team.
- Closing Procedures: Assist with the final cleanup and breakdown of the dish area to ensure the kitchen is ready for the next day.
Working hours: 8:05 PM - 12:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Pace & Stamina: Ability to maintain a high level of energy and speed throughout a 6-hour shift in a warm kitchen environment.
- Safety Conscious: Previous experience working with industrial cleaning chemicals or commercial dish machines is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for cleanliness to ensure no spot or smudge is left on the dinnerware.
- Physical Strength: Comfortable standing for the duration of the shift and capable of lifting up to 30-40 lbs (racks of dishes/trash bins).
- Adaptability: A "can-do" spirit-willing to jump in and help the kitchen team with basic tasks if the dish volume slows down.

- Safety First: Must have slip-resistant shoes (Required for kitchen safety).
- Attire: Casual but clean, appropriate clothing.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliability: Must be able to work the full duration of the shift without being micromanaged.
- Team Player: A positive attitude and a willingness to help where needed.
