Responsibilities:
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Greet guests with a warm, professional welcome to set a positive tone for the event.
- Menu Accuracy: Ensure every guest receives the correct dish and beverage promptly and accurately.
- Attentive Table Side Care: Proactively refill beverages and clear away used plates or glassware to maintain a clean dining environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Event Standards: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines throughout the shift.

Working hours: 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Skills:
- Customer Excellence: Proven ability to provide friendly, professional service in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Communication: Ability to take accurate orders and relay information clearly to guests and team members.
- Physical Agility: Comfortable standing and walking for a 6-7 hour shift and capable of carrying service trays professionally.
- Hospitality Intuition: Experience in "anticipatory service"-knowing when a guest needs a refill or a plate cleared before they have to ask.
- Reliability: A track record of punctuality, especially for high-stakes, one-day events.
