Shifts Available:
1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM ($15.00/hr)
3rd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM ($16.00/hr)
Overtime opportunities available on Fridays and Saturdays as needed.
Responsibilities:
No two days are exactly the same. In this role, you will support our daily shop operations through a variety of tasks:
- Safely remove processed metal parts from stainless steel sheet laser tables and keep production flowing.
- Perform drill press, punch press, and surface grinding work on metal components.
- Train on and operate forklifts to safely transport raw materials and finished parts across the facility.
- Receive cross-training on press brake machinery and learn foundational skills in metalworking and fabrication.
- Maintain an organized, efficient workspace and assist various fabrication departments as needed.
Skills:
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis throughout your shift.
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing Experience: Background working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is desired.
- Tool Familiarity: Comfort and experience using basic hand tools.
- Metal Shop Interest: Previous experience in a metal shop is a plus, but not required!
- Aspiring Welders Welcome: If you have an interest in pursuing a career in welding, this is an excellent environment to get your foot in the door and learn shop operations.
- Reliability: A solid work ethic and consistent attendance for 4-day, 10-hour workweeks.
