Responsibilities:
As a vital part of our factory production line, you will ensure operational success through the following duties:

Quality Control: Visually inspect product before and after packing; identify and remove unacceptable items to maintain high manufacturing standards.
Production Support: Perform assignments across various lines, rotating through different factory positions as needed.
Safety & Hygiene: Strictly follow all FDA-mandated Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and report any foreign materials to supervisors immediately.
Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean manufacturing floor by sweeping and managing waste containers.
Communication: Coordinate with co-workers and supervisors across all departments to solve problems and acknowledge instructions.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
The ideal candidate is a reliable professional with the stamina to work 5-6 days a week in varying temperatures, including cold and hot environments.

Preferred skills include strong manual dexterity, the ability to follow leadership direction, and a sharp eye for quality and safety. Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, a commitment to strict attendance, and the discipline to follow all FDA-mandated hygiene and safety protocols.

Availability: Ability to work a consistent schedule of 5-6 days per week.
Physical Stamina: Capability to work in diverse environments, including hot, moist, cool, or cold conditions.
Reliability: Strict adherence to a points-based attendance system, including zero missed days during the first 30 days of employment.
Compliance: Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and THC testing.
Safety & Hygiene: Willingness to follow all FDA-mandated GMPs, such as wearing hairnets, beard nets, and ear protection, as well as maintaining strict jewelry and nail restrictions.
Dexterity: Ability to maintain a fast and efficient production pace while utilizing safety equipment like cut-proof gloves and knives.

Qualifications:
Experience: 0???1 years (Entry-level candidates welcome; we provide manufacturing training).
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and reach throughout the shift, walk up to 400 yards to break areas, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Factory Environment: Comfortable working in varying temperatures (hot/cold/moist) and moderate noise levels.
Reliability: Strict adherence to a points-based attendance system.
Compliance: Must pass a background check, drug screen (including THC), and follow all factory safety protocols (hairnets, ear protection, etc.).
