As a Filling Pharmacy Technician, you will work under direct supervision to ensure the accurate and efficient processing of medication orders. Your core focus is the physical preparation of prescriptions and the maintenance of a functional pharmacy environment.
Order Fulfillment: Accurately count, seal, and label prescription cards; pull drugs and verify that the NDC (National Drug Code) matches the prescription labels.
Inventory Management: Return inventory to its proper location, assist in inventory control (including handling credits), and ensure stocking levels remain adequate.
Quality & Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of workstations; adhere to all quality assurance protocols and meet production goals set by supervisors.
Compliance: Complete all mandatory regulatory training programs and perform other duties as assigned to support pharmacy operations.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

HIPAA Privacy & Security (Courses and CE Mastery Exams)
Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (Course and CE Mastery Exam)
MethGuard (Course and CE Mastery Exam)
Compliance & Safety: Must pass a pre-employment and/or random drug screening and demonstrate consistent safety habits.
