Responsibilities:
-Detailed Cleaning: Perform comprehensive interior and exterior cleaning of newly manufactured pontoon boats, including upholstery, flooring, and fiberglass components.
-Final Quality Inspection: Conduct a thorough walkthrough of each unit to identify and document any defects, scratches, or missing components.
-Functional Testing: Verify that all installed accessories, lighting, and hardware are functioning correctly and meet safety standards.
-Protective Prep: Apply protective coverings and prepare units for safe transport and delivery to dealerships.
-Documentation: Complete final inspection checklists and sign off on units that meet all quality control benchmarks.
-Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the production and assembly teams to resolve any identified quality issues before shipping.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM
Skills:
-Marine Industry Experience: Previous experience working with boats, pontoons, or high-end recreational vehicles.
-Quality Assurance Background: Prior experience in a final inspection or detail-oriented QC role.
-Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with various cleaning solvents, buffers, and basic hand tools used for minor adjustments.

-Physical Agility: Ability to climb in and out of boats, bend, reach, and stand for the duration of the shift.
