Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Forklift Operators / Production Material Handlers for manufacturing and warehouse opportunities in Orrville.
This position combines forklift operation with hands-on production support. You'll move materials and finished products throughout the facility, keep production lines supplied, and help prepare completed goods for storage and shipment.

What You'll Do
- Safely operate forklifts to move and stack materials and finished goods
- Complete pre-operation equipment inspections
- Supply production lines with materials and move completed products
- Assist with packaging, sealing, stacking, and preparing finished goods
- Support automated production equipment and material flow
- Restack and organize materials throughout the facility
- Help with production cleanouts and inventory counts
- Perform general warehouse and housekeeping duties
- Follow equipment safety procedures and work with the production team
What We're Looking For
- Previous forklift operating experience preferred
- Comfortable working both on a forklift and performing hands-on production tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active throughout a 10-hour shift
- Ability to climb ladders as needed
- Comfortable working in dusty environments and changing temperatures
- Strong safety awareness and dependable attendance
- Willingness to work mandatory overtime, including weekends, when required
