Shift: 5am-3pm Monday-Thursdays with overtime on Fridays if needed.
Pay: $17.50/hr

Responsibilities:
-Pick, pack, label, stage, and ship customer and production orders accurately and on schedule.
-Verify materials, quantities, and documentation prior to shipment.
-Prepare shipping documentation including packing slips, bills of lading, labels, and delivery
paperwork.
-Ensure products are packaged securely to prevent damage during transport.
-Coordinate outbound shipments with carriers, freight companies, and internal departments.
-Support on-time customer delivery requirements.
-Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against purchase orders and packing slips.
-Inspect incoming shipments for visible damage and report discrepancies immediately.
-Label and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
-Maintain inventory accuracy through proper system transactions and cycle counting activities.
-Support physical inventories and inventory reconciliation activities.
-Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies to leadership.
-Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) practices are followed where applicable.
-Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
-Transport materials to designated storage or production areas.
-Maintain organized warehouse storage locations and optimize warehouse space utilization.
-Assist with material replenishment for production lines and internal customers.
-Dispose of scrap, packaging, and waste materials according to company procedures.
-Support continuous improvement and lean warehouse initiatives.
-Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, scanners, and other
material handling equipment.

Working hours: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Skills:
-Experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred.
-Good attention to detail and accuracy.
-Adept at basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
-Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-Previous Forklift experience required.
-High school diploma or GED required.
-Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or manufacturing experience.
-Ability to read shipping documents, labels, and inventory reports.
-Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
-Dependable and punctual.
