Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Fulfillment: Own the complete order lifecycle by accurately locating stock, pulling components, assembling customer orders, and processing final packing and shipping labels.

• Real-Time Cycle Counting: Conduct ongoing, meticulous physical cycle counts and inventory audits while picking to ensure 100% stock accuracy.

• Elevated Equipment Operation: Safely operate an order picker/cherry picker to reach overhead bin locations.

• Digital Data Tracking: Use computers and RF scanner systems with high accuracy to log item movements, verify SKUs, and update inventory counts in real time.

• Workplace Precision: Maintain a clean, organized, and systematically arranged workspace built for peak efficiency.

• High Precision & Analytical Mindset: You enjoy detail-oriented work, solving pattern/numerical puzzles, and catching micro-discrepancies that others miss.

• Advanced Numerical & Coding Skills: Comfort with applied warehouse math (batching, case-to-piece conversions, unit counts) and flawless alpha-numeric reading skills to prevent SKU/bin transposition errors.

• Head for Heights & Equipment Experience: Proven experience operating stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, or order pickers/cherry pickers with 100% comfort at maximum elevation.

• Cycle Counting & Systems Mastery: Proven experience with inventory auditing, physical stock verification, computer systems, RF scanning, and strict SOP adherence.

• Background & Domain Expertise: Prior warehouse experience alongside professional customer service capabilities.

• Adaptability & Reliability: Exceptional attendance record with high flexibility, willingness to learn new tasks, and readiness to assist across operations.

Physical & Compliance Requirements

• Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform continuous physical activity including bending, stretching, standing, and walking full shift hours.

• Education & Compliance: High School Diploma or equivalent; willingness to work in a drug-free workplace and pass a drug screen along with a 7-year criminal background screen including federal convictions.
