Loading and unloading trailers, shipping containers, and rail cars using various industrial trucks.
Transporting raw materials to production lines and finished goods to storage racking or shipping docks.
Performing daily pre-operation inspections (checking fluids, hydraulics, and brakes) and reporting mechanical issues immediately.
Utilizing scanners or pick sheets to identify, pull, and stage products for outgoing shipments.
Organizing warehouse floor space and stacking pallets securely to maximize storage capacity and ensure a safe walkway for pedestrians.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Navigating tight aisles and high-density racking without damaging property.
Meeting "picks per hour" quotas while maintaining accuracy.
Hand-eye-foot coordination required for complex maneuvers and load balancing.
Signaling to pedestrians and coordinating with truck drivers and floor leads.
Education:

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Valid forklift operator (Sit-down, Stand-up, Reach Truck, or Telehandler, depending on the facility).
Ability to work in various climates (cold storage or hot warehouses) and lift up to 85 lbs manually when necessary.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld RF scanners.
A proven track record of maintaining a "zero-accident" environment and following strict PPE guidelines.
