Responsibilities:
Audit Management: Establish and publish weekly inventory counts, spot audits, and quality audit schedules.
Operational Coordination: Communicate daily with Warehouse Supervisors to ensure product availability, equipment readiness, and proper resource allocation to complete audit schedules.
Reporting: Provide daily written and electronic analysis of inventory count and quality audit results.
Performance Monitoring: Conduct spot audits of unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping processes. Document all findings in Excel and collaborate with management to identify process improvements or necessary corrective actions.
Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to all internal quality control requirements and industry standards.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Strong technical skills in word processing and spreadsheet applications (Excel).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Forklift certification and experience (must be able to operate PIT/Forklift equipment).
Proven experience in inventory control within a warehouse distribution or supply chain environment.
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP.
High School Diploma/GED.
2+ years of related industry experience.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (3/4 days a week, 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am)
